Job description
  • Manage production teams ensuring efficient delivery of finished goods in accordance with demand and production plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental requirements whilst maintaining highquality standards.
  • Oversee plant and equipment operation including maintenance repairs and safety preparations for external servicing.
  • Manage inventory including raw material weighing FIFO picking and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Supervise product labelling packaging and quality control processes including sample collection and yield calculations.
  • Engage and organise contractors for specialist services and breakdown situations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety health environment quality and productivity.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Factory and Warehouse Supervisor maintaining exemplary housekeeping standards.

    • Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in production management with a strong WH&S focus
    • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and communicate effectively with teams
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Computer literacy and administrative competence
    • Handson management approach treating people with respect
