Your New Role

We’re seeking an IT Service Delivery Officer to keep our digital systems running smoothly and support a broad range of users across the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. You'll deliver first- and second-level support, manage assets, and contribute to tech upgrades and system improvements.

Key responsibilities include :

Handling ICT service requests and incidents

Managing service performance to meet SLAs

Supporting tech upgrades and deployments

Maintaining IT asset records and documentation

Ensuring compliance with ICT security policies

Providing end-user training and troubleshooting support

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary IT qualification or 2+ years in IT support / delivery

Skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune

Knowledge of networking, desktop / mobile environments

Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

A collaborative, user-first mindset

Must-have :

WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence

Satisfactory National Police Clearance
