Team Leader - Compounding

We have a new and rare opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities to join our team based in our Old Toongabbie Facility.

Shift timings

Rotational operating hours would be 10 : 00 am-2 : 00 am

• 10 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm
• 12 : 00 pm-8 : 00 pm
• 6 : 00 pm-2 : 00 am

Note : Training / orientation will require flexibility for approx. 2 months with shift times ranging between 9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm.

Reporting to the Compounding Manager, you will be accountable for building and leading a high performing team to meet business and customer requirements. Working with our management team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of our Compounding team, overseeing the production and supporting the Compounding Manager to meet quality, operational and business metrics.

Your key focus for this role will include people management, production efficiency, customer satisfaction, productivity improvement as well as supporting and maintaining quality standards.
