Job description
This role(Administration officer) will involve duties such as client support, Admin and reception support, monthly reporitng, and task scheduling. We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our great team.
Requirements
A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage day to day admin duties
Review and maintain policies and procedures
Responding to and managing a range of client enquiries and issues
A high level of written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders
Monitor client orders and delivery
Key responsibilities
Supporting team members with general administrative duties including; filing, scanning, photocopying and answering calls;
Responsible for client record management;
Assist the director with the scheduling and coordinating all jobs;
Collect, compile and report the data in the system;
Timely and accurate data entry;
Respond to queries from clients and staff members in a timely and professional manner
Good time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Skills and Experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Strong level of attention to detail;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with high level time management;
