ISS is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Master Data Coordinator —also known as a Data Analyst —to join our Technical Products and Performance Team working with a key client. This role plays a critical part in driving performance and value across our Asset Management functions throughout the client contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

Asset Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date asset records from various sources into FMS (Facility Management System) to support operational asset planning.
• Prepare, process, validate and reconcile asset management data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and integrity of information.
• Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in accordance with established procedures.

Data Management / Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Contract Support & Transitions

Strategic & Compliance Support

What You’ll Bring

Compliance requirement – Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance.
