We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Property Analysts who are looking for career opportunities with leading organisations in the property sector. Key Responsibilities

Conducting detailed financial modelling and feasibility assessments
Analysing market trends and providing insights to support investment decisions
Supporting acquisition and divestment strategies
Preparing asset performance reports and stakeholder presentations
Working closely with senior leadership on portfolio strategy and development planning

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a property analyst or investment analyst role

Strong financial modelling capabilities and proficiency in Excel and / or property‑specific software

Deep understanding of property markets, valuation methods, and key financial metrics

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Relevant qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field

A commercially minded professional with a passion for real estate
