The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery remains consistent and progresses smoothly by fostering a strong team culture, supportive environment, and continual growth of developers within their team / s.

Primary Location

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne and Brisbane may be preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Team Leads with sprint planning, feature delivery, and translation of tech debt deliverables into actionable tasks.

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $175k+ super + benefits , with flexibility depending on experience.
