    Adara Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full‑time Associate to join our growing corporate advisory team. The Associate will be provided with an unparalleled opportunity to work in a team delivering financial and strategic advice to Australia’s largest public companies and private organisations whilst making a meaningful contribution to social impact.

    The successful candidate will work closely with professionals at the top of their field on client engagements across M&A, capital management and complex strategic advisory.

    About you

    To excel in this position, you will need :

    • 3 – 5 years of experience in investment banking, transactions advisory, valuations, or corporate M&A law.
    • Should have a degree in commerce, finance, and / or accounting.
    • Sound knowledge of deal execution on M&A transactions, capital raisings, and / or IPOs.
    • Exceptional analytical and financial skills.
    • High proficiency with excel and powerpoint.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated exceptional communication style when engaging very senior stakeholders.
    • Must maintain complete confidentiality with respect to all engagements and sensitive information.
    • Experience with FactSet or similar systems is advantageous.
    • Deep commitment to social impact.

      Location

      Our offices are located in The Rocks, Sydney and are shared with our international development colleagues who provide direct insight into the critical work of Adara Development.

      Our office is a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our physical office 2-3 days a week.
