The Opportunity
Leads and supervises daily distribution operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy across inbound processing, order fulfilment, inventory control, and outbound shipments. Drives optimal resource use and budget adherence while fostering a strong safety culture and developing a high‑performing team. Collaborates across functions to maintain smooth material flow, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
You will have solid warehouse experience, know how to work safely and follow HSE and CoR rules. You’ve got hands‑on skills with forklifts, know how to secure loads properly, and can handle all the warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, and inventory. You’re confident using Transport Management Systems and can keep up in a fast‑paced environment. You work well in a team and help keep things running smoothly.
