Associate Director, APAC I Recruiting for Sales, Marketing & Senior Management
Our client is a leading HVAC and refrigeration solutions manufacturer with over USD20B in revenue . The company is recognized for its focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and developing environmentally-responsible solutions for healthier, more cost-effective, and sustainable buildings.
As they are currently in a growth phase in the APAC region , we are looking to hire a Sales Leader who will be responsible for growing the business in Australia and New Zealand . You will be leading the local team, with a focus on channel management , driving dealers\' value-based sales capability and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
Responsibilities :
- Understand market needs, trends and build customer and dealer network.
- Set up sales objectives, growth strategies and performs regular budgeting, planning and forecasting activities.
- Operate with overall business acumen to maximize profitability and other key measurements of business success.
- Formulate and execute account penetration strategy and tactics to maximize company\'s business objectives. Manage the performance of existing and develop new dealers to promote a strong dealer network as channel for products and services. Build competitive edge through sound value proposition, product and parts positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Provide training to dealers and customers to ensure our product features and applications are operated correctly and maintained properly by our dealers and customers.
- Develop dealers’ sales and service capability and value-based selling activity to drive sales performance results to achieve products market shares, target sales volume and profit realization.
- Coordinate with internal cross function teams to support dealers on products and service areas with on time deliveries, inventory management and cashflow metrics.
- Provide market information about competitors’ product performance, market trends and new product requirements, and customer / dealer feedback to Product Management team for better product portfolio management.
- To ensure excellent customer satisfaction with good technical support and commercial dealings within company guidelines.
- Operate with strong ethics and compliance to company policies.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC / air conditioning / refrigeration industry.At least 10 years of channel sales / distributor management experience.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.Strong leadership skillsSeniority level
