We are looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team and help win new customers. You will partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to evangelize Tines" SaaS solutions and educate customers on the business value of no-code automation. You will demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks to perform automation without coding or lengthy integration work. The ideal candidate understands customer business pains and can show how Tines can be deployed quickly to add value.

What you will be doing

Develop deep knowledge of Tines no-code automation and apply it to security and IT operations challenges faced by customers
Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers and alliance partners, communicating the value and differentiation of Tines
Build and demo Tines Stories with customers to show value and win sales
Manage the technical decision process with customers, including proof of concepts and evaluations
Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases supporting competitive account strategies
Enable priority channel and technical alliance partners, supporting their pre-sales engineers on engagements
Provide market feedback to the product organization
Contribute to the knowledge base with customer experiences and insights, and create new Tines automation stories
Support SE metrics and operations to share best practices across SE teams

Senior-Level Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Drive the strategic direction for sales engineering within the ANZ region and align with business goals

Mentor and guide other sales engineers, fostering growth

Thought Leadership : Represent Tines at industry events and establish Tines as a thought leader in automation

Complex Problem Solving : Lead design and implementation of complex automation solutions for high-profile customers

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Influence product roadmap and strategy with input from market and customer insights

Customer Advocacy : Act as a senior advocate for key customers and incorporate feedback into product development

Drive initiatives to enhance SE effectiveness and introduce process improvements and new tools

What you bring with you

8+ years of experience in a pre-sales / sales engineering or technology delivery role at a SaaS company

Strong technical background with APIs and a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies

Security and / or IT industry experience

Strong skills in uncovering customer needs

Experience delivering compelling demos and winning technical evaluations

Experience communicating with business and technical audiences

Love of learning, openness to feedback, and passion for client success

Project management skills and ability to deliver client solutions

Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data

Startup mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel up to 30% - 40%
