An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown , on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders.

About the opportunity

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following :

• Property inspections
• Tenant enquiries
• Processing tenancy applications
• Manage rental arrears
• Property maintenance
• Regular contact with landlords
• Facilitating landlord statements
• Processing rent receipts
