About Our Client

Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, with projects typically varying in value from $10-25m. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2025 and 2026, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

The business prides itself on having a flat management structure with open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams. Many of the current management team have progressed from within the business.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include :

• Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
• Financial responsibility for projects
• Monthly cost reporting to the board of directors
• Mentoring more junior team members

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include :

• Proven track record delivering projects up to $25m in value
• Prior experience delivering education, local government or similar projects advantageous
• Commercial acumen and strong financial management skills
