Role Description

This is an experienced full-time contract administration role at MARS Building. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to contract negotiation, contract management, procurement, and communication. This is a hybrid role, based in the Greater Newcastle Area with flexibility for some site work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and contract management
• Proficiency in procurement processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
