Job Summary
Help drive positive change in one of NSW’s most trusted organisations. We’re looking for a dynamic Change Manager to support transformation across the RFS, aligning people and programs to deliver better outcomes for our members and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- A strong background in applying structured change management methodologies to complex programs, with a proven ability to align people, processes, and culture to deliver sustainable outcomes.
 - Strong communication and influencing skills enabling you to build trust, engage diverse stakeholder groups, and guide teams through transition.
 - A strategic mindset, practical implementation approach, and genuine commitment to supporting our members through change, ensuring the organisation is well positioned to meet the challenges ahead.
 
Location & Compensation
Location : Sydney Olympic Park (hybrid / flexible working arrangements considered).
Salary : $115,109 – $127,411 p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
