Job Description

DP World Fremantle is seeking a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. This position is to provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the Engineering department, ensuring optimal customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering excellent administrative support and customer service.

Key Accountabilities

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HS&E programs and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Handle procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs / POs in Maximo, managing invoicing, and supporting accounts payable.
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while driving improvements in reporting efficiency.
• Maintain and update the CMMS to ensure accurate, up-to-date maintenance records and reliable asset tracking.
• Monitor and validate utility usage (fuel, water, and electricity) to support cost control and sustainability goals.
• Assist with inventory control and stocktakes by managing data entry and collaborating with Stores personnel.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and daily operational efficiency.
