We have already embarked on a transformational journey to deliver our significant growth agenda but to ensure we maximise this, we are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our hydraulics, hose, and fittings sales and service team at our Perth branch .

As a Branch Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in hydraulics, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Oversee branch budgets, financial performance, and P&L reviews.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and service team.
  • Provide technical support to ensure customer needs are met with precision.
  • Monitor and enhance branch performance, reporting key insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development through training programs.
  • Ensure WHS and QA compliance in all branch operations.

Requirements

  • Qualifications or Technical Skills in Hydraulics and / or Hose and Fittings.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record in sales & business growth.
  • Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in staff development and career progression planning.
  • Knowledge of WHS laws & processes to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
