  • The Opportunity

The Retail Projects Executive will support the Manager, Projects ANZ to plan, manage and coordinate store construction activities for both existing and new Sephora retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Providing project management and support services, which may include the preparation and maintenance of project plans and timelines in support of store refurbishments and new store openings
  • Coordinating, liaising and managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers on orders, invoicing, maintenance and defect rectification
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate project documentation, including regular status updates to business stakeholders
  • Controlling budget including raising purchase orders and follow up the final cost summary of each project. Validating all quotations, invoices and payments related to the project and processing payment on company finance system.
  • Working closely with Retail Operations team to support store maintenance and improvement activities

  • Have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Sound understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in client-side project management of construction a fit out of retail stores
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with reading / understanding architectural plans, engineer (specialists) plans and shop drawings to be able to plan, support and co-ordinate projects
  • Retail operations, sales and marketing background (desirable, although not required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local government approval process in Australia and New Zealand
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft suite include Microsoft Project and industry specific software such as AutoCAD
