- The Opportunity
The Retail Projects Executive will support the Manager, Projects ANZ to plan, manage and coordinate store construction activities for both existing and new Sephora retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll shine here if you enjoyProviding project management and support services, which may include the preparation and maintenance of project plans and timelines in support of store refurbishments and new store openingsCoordinating, liaising and managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers on orders, invoicing, maintenance and defect rectificationPreparing and maintaining appropriate project documentation, including regular status updates to business stakeholdersControlling budget including raising purchase orders and follow up the final cost summary of each project. Validating all quotations, invoices and payments related to the project and processing payment on company finance system.Working closely with Retail Operations team to support store maintenance and improvement activitiesWe would love to hear from you if youHave excellent written and verbal skillsSound understanding of Project Management methodologiesDemonstrated experience in client-side project management of construction a fit out of retail storesThe ability to multi-task and prioritise workloadExcellent attention to detail and problem solving skillsDemonstrated experience with reading / understanding architectural plans, engineer (specialists) plans and shop drawings to be able to plan, support and co-ordinate projectsRetail operations, sales and marketing background (desirable, although not required)Demonstrated knowledge of local government approval process in Australia and New ZealandPrevious experience working with Microsoft suite include Microsoft Project and industry specific software such as AutoCADKey CompetenciesOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent team playerAbility to work under pressure and time constraintAbility to travel (at times under short notice)Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and partnersStrong analytical skills, result orientedIndependent and responsible workerGood understanding of a variety of interior design material, finishing, lighting, details, etcYou can
