Job Description
The Gig
We’re looking for an advanced Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of Healthengine’s paid acquisition channels — with a sharp focus on Google Ads performance and driving sustainable ROAS for our Marketplace. You’ll be the go‑to expert in optimising paid campaigns, balancing efficiency with growth, and using data to inform every decision.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimise all Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, Display), ensuring ROAS targets of 150+ are maintained or exceeded.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns, working to improve conversion efficiency and creative performance.
- Analyse and troubleshoot campaign performance daily / weekly, producing insights and actions that connect channel metrics to business outcomes (bookings, revenue, ROAS, CPA).
- Partner with design / content teams to brief and test creative and messaging variations that drive stronger click‑through and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with RevOps and Product Marketing to align tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks (GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for ELT — translating channel data into commercial narratives.
- Stay on top of platform updates (AI bidding, attribution shifts, privacy changes) and apply learnings to maintain Healthengine’s competitive edge.
- Support SEO Programs by sharing campaign insights to improve CRO.
- Support our client SEM channel by actioning requested account changes & providing advice to our Customer Success Managers, & support client correspondence where required.
- Work closely with a cross‑functional team of product managers, engineers and UI / UX designers to ensure alignment on initiatives, metrics, & support changes as required, including creating tickets for any acquisition channel requirements, while ensuring an outstanding experience for Healthengine users.

Experience you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in high‑volume B2C or marketplace environmentsAdvanced Google Ads experience (Search, PMAX, Demand Gen) — you live in the toolsProven ability to exceed ROAS goals while scaling campaignsCompetence with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Looker, GTM, etc.) and using data to tell a storyStrong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience integrating paid social into full‑funnel strategiesA commercial mindset — you understand the relationship between ROAS, CAC, and the P&LA test‑and‑learn approach, with structured experimentation experienceA collaborative mindset — you thrive when working with product, creative, and commercial stakeholdersThe perks behind the work
