Our client is a well-established paediatric speech pathology clinic specialising in feeding and swallowing therapy for children aged 0-15. Led by a highly experienced Senior Speech Pathologist, the clinic understands the complexities of the role within the evolving NDIS landscape.

  • Renumeration starting at $94,000 - $122,000 + PD Allowance + iPad
  • Clinic Based Role - Work with a diverse Paediatric Caseload
  • Specialist training in feeding support & ad-hoc supervision with Senior SP 40+ Years Experience

Your Role :

As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist , you will work primarily with children aged birth to 15 years, supporting their feeding and communication development. Your schedule includes working across two clinics, one near Forest Lake, the other near Mount Gravatt, with one day per week work-from-home for Telehealth consultations . There is also an option to work Saturdays from 9 AM – 2 PM at a higher hourly rate .

To support your success, you will receive :

  • Reduced client load in your first month to ease into the role
  • Fortnightly one-on-one supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist with 40+ years of experience
  • Multidisciplinary training with an occupational therapy practice once a term
  • Regular professional development training every fortnight
