The opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday-Wednesday 7 : 00am-6pm & Thursday-Friday 7 : 00am-9 : 00pm

Key responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries

• Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
• Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
• Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
• Communicate with customers globally

We are looking for individuals who have :

Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, call center or similar role

If you are under the age of 21, your rate will be as per the junior rate in the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020 level 2, year 1
