Our well-known Perth based Mining client is seeking Multiple HR Advisors to join an existing team for an initial 12 month contract with long term extensions. On offer is to work for an innovative, flexible and friendly mining organisation in the CBD with occasional site travel!

To be successful for this role you will need to be locally Perth based with excellent communication skills and previous experience working with Australian Employment Law framework

• Essential skills and experience required
• HR or employee relations experience
• Strong HR background, in HR systems and processes including cyclical processes, salary reviews and recommendations, performance management etc.
• Facilitating organisational change through to HR systems and processes
• Guiding Managers and providing strategic advice
• Low level case management experience
• Leading and participating in HR projects with exceptional attention to detail and out of the box thinking
• Ability to work autonomously, strong communications, negotiation and relationship building skills
• Previous experience working in the mining industry preferred
• Ideally experience working in a shared service model
