Opportunity

We are excited to announce several dynamic opportunities within our Corporate Information team. We are recruiting a pool of applicants who will meet our capability needs at Level 6. We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented individuals with experience in information management, project support, or training. These roles form a multidisciplinary team responsible for Communities information management and governance, ensuring the Department’s most important asset – information – is well managed and protected.

Suitable applicants will be placed into the pool from which appointments will be made for current and future vacancies (fixed term) that arise within the next 12 months across Communities. Leadership Expectations sets out the expected behaviours and associated mindsets for every leadership context. The available roles fit into the Leading Others context, which is about motivating and enabling others to deliver high‑quality work that contributes to the agency. These behaviours will be evaluated during the recruitment and selection process.

About the Roles

Positions to be filled from this pool include positions within the Communities Digital Empowerment Project and the IMTraining team.

Depending on placement you may :

  • oversee the provision of Training Services for users of the Electronic Document Management System (EDRMS) and associated IM systems;
  • develop and deliver training, knowledge base and User Support Guidelines for the adoption and enhancement of IM practices;
  • develop services which help ensure critical information is recorded in the EDRMS in accordance with Departmental policy and the State Records Act 2000;
  • provide Training Services and support materials which promote general records and IM awareness;
  • lead the IM Training Team;
  • engage with the business to collaborate on project outcomes;
  • perform review and analysis of business information management practice with an outcome of digital information management;
  • oversee change management activities;
  • provide support to the project manager to achieve project outcomes;
  • lead the Digital Empowerment Business Engagement team.
