Madison Group Enterprises started life in 1991 as Madison Technologies, a specialist vendor of cables, connectors, enclosures and related services. The goal was to provide customers with fast, reliable and flexible solutions to meet their business needs. Over the years we have evolved and expanded through acquisition, product innovation and partnerships, to offer a wide range of complementary technologies.

We are always on the lookout for people passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience to join our national team of 140 people and join one of our offices or distribution centres.

A bit about us

Our Business and Commercial Services team (BCS) work across the Madison group to deliver a high standard of services and expertise across corporate functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and People and Change. As a group, the BCS team act as trusted business advisors adding value to Madison’s operations through analysis, insight and expertise, and through project management, legal / commercial advice, M&A management and ISO / Quality Management.

Our BCS is team is 28 people strong and is largely based in the Madison Group Head Office based in Murarrie, Brisbane, with the exception of some of our Warehouse staff who are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

We are always on the lookout for people passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience to join our team. Our BCS Team of professionals incorporates :

• Information Services  works to ensure that each team has access to technology solutions that work effectively to meet their business requirements and enable the business to grow.
• Supply Chain and Warehouse  accurately plan, source and deliver what our customers need, when they need it through our national network of warehouse and distribution centres.
• Finance  keeps the business turning by providing financial management with a key focus on ensuring continuous profitable growth.
• People & Change  partners with each business team to build capability, increase performance, manage risk and implement programs that will enhance the employee experience.

Our Business and Commercial Services Team looks for individuals with the ability to think quickly on their feet to assess a situation and determine the best course of action to move forward. Strong interpersonal communications skills, as well as organisation and accountability, are important in order to form strong partnership with team members in each business unit.
