Job descriptionCPR and First Aid Certificate. NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Driver’s licence and insured vehicle. Passion for supporting people, empathy, flexibility, organisational skill. Location : Warabrook, Gateshead, Toronto (New South Wales). Employment type : Temporary, Casual. Schedule : 24 / 7 roster, including overnight and weekends. Shifts are flexible to suit your lifestyle. Tax‑free salary packaging. Discounted health insurance. Help people live with independence and dignity by supporting participants in their homes across Warabrook, Gateshead and Toronto.
Overview
As a Support Worker you will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, foster inclusion, build relationships and keep accurate records. Work shifts cover a 24 / 7 roster, including overnight, weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals.
- Assist with personal hygiene, meals and household tasks while respecting choice.
- Foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities and community events.
- Maintain accurate, clear and timely records.
- Be a trusted presence overnight, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
