About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will play a pivotal finance role where you will drive financial sustainability and strategic growth of RFDS SA / NT. As Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with an allocated Division EGM and senior leaders to deliver high-impact financial insights and supports across budgeting, forecasting, pricing and performance improvement.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for your allocated division / programs
• Provide commercial analysis to support pricing and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance and financial control across projects, grants and contracts
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

About You

You are a commercially astute finance professional with -

Your strong technical capabilities are enhanced by several soft skills, including -

Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance and a related discipline are essential, together with CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).
