We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to come join us at our new Canberra location, due to open mid September 2025. You will play a key role in building and introducing our clientele to our brand and managing a brand new team in our beautiful Canberra Boutique.

Responsibilities include :

Delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention;

Driving our Flagship location's sales performance;

Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention;

Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and

Provide leadership and support for seasonal Stocktake and Visual Merchandising directives.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role (Luxury Retail preferred however not essential);

Previous leadership experience is managing and inspiring a small team;

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;

Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets; and

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
