We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as casual Home and Community Care Workers in South Plympton SA. If you have a Full Australian Drivers License, a Police check, and a working with children check, we want to hear from you!

As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and transportation. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their individual needs and preferences are met, and that they are able to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

• Providing personal care and assistance to clients
• Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements
• Driving clients to appointments and activities
• Building rapport and relationships with clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• A Full Australian Drivers License
• A current Police check
• A working with children check
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and empathetic attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
