Your new role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Lawyer or Associate with 1-3 years PAE in Employment and Industrial Law, or Disputes with a strong interest in this area. You will work closely with a highly experienced team on a wide range of matters, including :

• Advising on enterprise bargaining and industrial strategies
• Managing employment disputes and workplace investigations
• Drafting and enforcing employment agreements
• Defending unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination claims
• Advising on WHS compliance
