ABOUT THE ROLE
- Drive store performance to achieve targets, while controlling costs and losses
- Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
- Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
- Order and maintain stock availability
- Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
- Manage the financial performance of the store
