We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Brisbane Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of Brisbane-based direct clients and independent agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Brisbane’s most successful media sales teams. It is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset whilst enjoying good banter and celebrating the wins!
What the role entails
- Strategic, solutions-focused management of an established client portfolio of direct clients and independent agencies
- Developing and selling integrated, cross-platform audio solutions
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Committing to and achieving monthly and quarterly targets, with the ability to develop tactics for both personal and client success
- Demonstrating strong client service orientation and networking skills
- Effectively managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bringing passion for audio, creativity, and innovative solutions
- Communicating and negotiating with clarity and consistency
- Showing resilience, adaptability, and a high level of motivation to succeed in a results-driven environment
This role will suit someone with prior sales experience. While audio sales experience is not essential, experience within media sales in the Brisbane market is highly regarded.
