TEN Recruitment is partnering with an established Perth-based commercial builder with a strong portfolio of tilt-up construction projects. Known for delivering consistent results in the commercial and industrial sectors, they’re now looking for a capable Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming Perth metro projects.

If you have hands-on tilt-up experience and want to work with a builder who values your input, autonomy, and safety leadership—this is your role.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site scheduling
Oversee toolbox talks, site inductions, and WHS compliance
Monitor program milestones, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and delivery team
Ensure site documentation is maintained and up to date

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Site Manager on tilt-up and industrial projects

White Card and Tilt-Up Construction Ticket (mandatory)

Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Deep understanding of WA safety standards and building codes

Must be Perth-based with full Australian working rights
