Job Description Summary

Reporting directly to the Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all field work activities conducted on sites are carried out in a safe and effective manner.

Job Description

• Supervise external subcontractors to ensure compliance to company safety, quality and contractual standards
• Monitor the ongoing performance of subcontractors
• Work closely with Construction Engineers / Deployement Manager to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections and material delivery to sites
• Provide daily progress reporting, issues, concerns etc
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders
• Conduct Field Safety, Environmental and Quality Control audits
• Maintain WH&S records ensuring the correct compliance and completion
• Manage works to project timeframes and specifications
