We are an award‑winning architecture practice with a team of 10 in our design studio, and our own modular factory and construction company. We are focused on houses of all scales in a variety of settings from spectacular coastal or hinterland sites to inner city and suburban projects across Queensland and New South Wales. Our portfolio expands to boutique hotel and resort projects, multi‑residential projects, artist and performance spaces, and social housing projects.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our award‑winning team. This is a pivotal role at the front line of our business – managing new enquiries, building trusted relationships, and guiding clients through the architectural journey from first contact to project initiation.

As the first touchpoint for potential clients, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience – helping them understand the potential of our modular architecture process and the value of a design‑led approach. Working closely with our director, architects, and design team, you’ll ensure every client feels supported, informed, and inspired from the outset.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience within a premium, design‑led, or luxury brand – ideally in architecture, design, or residential construction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with high‑net‑worth, design‑conscious clients.
  • Highly organised, detail‑driven, and capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently while collaborating within a close‑knit team.
  • Skilled at conducting discovery calls, building trust, and clearly communicating value.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities, with experience managing diaries, meetings, and documentation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and client intake processes (ActiveCampaign experience highly regarded).
  • A genuine passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
