Job descriptionPosition : Casual Fish farm Hand / Aquaculture Technician Hours : Starting at three days per week Starting Hourly Rate - Above Award Rate Valid QLD driver’s license & access to reliable transport Must have a work visa or Australian Citizen Those with genuine interest / Experience in Aquariums & Aquaculture encouraged to apply. Full training provided for entry level candidates. Live local to Innisfail Qld or willing to relocate (temporary shared accommodation may be available to suitable candidates)
Aquaculture Technician / Farm Hand

About Us
Aquatic culture is a freshwater fish farm located in Innisfail in north Queensland, an idyllic tropical location & the gateway to the rainforest & the reef.
As a Casual Fish Farm Hand / Aquaculture Technician you will be involved with a diverse range of daily operational tasks within the farm :
- Fish feeding, cleaning & general husbandry
- Spawning & larval rearing
- Collection & packing of fish for orders
- Farm maintenance
