Woodforde Group is working on behalf of a large Medical NFP to assist them to find their Human Resources Business Partner for a 10 week temporary contract (with the exception of holiday closure) With 9 locations throughout Victoria, they pride themselves on providing care through their core values of Compassion, Respect, Accountability and Excellence. Working as part of an immediate team of 3 based on site at their main hospital in Richmond, this role is responsible for providing day to day support assisting line managers with Employee Relations queries, recruitment, workforce education and implementing people and culture initiatives.
As an organisation within the healthcare sector, they are constantly changing and keeping up with new legislation and healthcare requirements as the landscape changes. This role works closely with the wider Human Resources team based both at their Corporate Head Office as well as team members based across their other locations. They have a dedicated Talent Acquisition team that assists with recruitment and as it is such a large organisation - there are many opportunities that may arise from this initial temporary engagement.
Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, your role will involve :
You will have a natural sense of urgency and work well in a busy and deadline driven environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as work with a 'customer service' attitude with all interactions you have across the business. You will have sound knowledge and demonstrated experience dealing with IR and ER related matters as well as providing sound advice with internal key stakeholders. You will be values driven and have a passion to improve and deliver positive outcomes that proactively improve employees wellbeing and engagement. You will have tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and experience working within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded. You will also have exposure to large HRIS systems and enjoy working in a team environment!
