Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our team and deliver data‑driven insights, insights to clients, technical support, and training. The role includes data queries, analysis, and reporting across the Titan Cloud software.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Environmental, Business, Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer facing work experience
• Customer service experience desired
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with emphasis on developing data assets
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Collaborative working style, also able to work independently
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
