About the firm Fountain Law is a unified firm, bringing together the expertise of Taylor Splatt & Partners and MDL Law. Between them the firms have been providing services to the community for over 75 years. We are located in modern offices in Carrum Downs and Frankston with easy access to major arterial routes. We service clients across Melbourne, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula. We are on a continued journey of growth and renewal to take us to the next level and enhance our value proposition to our loyal and growing client base. This includes growth within existing practice areas and the addition of new practice areas.

About the Role As a result of continued growth, we are looking to grow our family & relationships law practice with the addition of a junior family lawyer to our team to :

About You As a highly organised lawyer with 1 to 2 years of family law experience or an admitted lawyer with a genuine desire to practice in family law, and a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, you will strive to make your mark in our well-respected firm. You will also come to the position with a change orientation and desire to grow in a complex and diverse operating environment.

Pivotal to success will be your experience, preferably in family law, community ethos, an ability to work collaboratively within a team, be able to multi-task to meet defined deadlines and understand the importance of providing exceptional client service.

You will be a self-starter and strive for individual and team success, possess outstanding communications / customer service skills and enjoy working within a small but dedicated team.
