We have an exciting opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join our Corporate HSEQ Team in a Full Time role that can be based out of our Sydney (Macquarie Park) or Melbourne CBD offices . The role would involve travel to client sites across the metro area of that city.

ISS operates in a matrix organisational structure, with this role reporting to the Head of HSEQ, but also supporting our Key Accounts on a geographical basis in Australia and New Zealand. The role would incorporate a broad scope across the following key areas :

Operational Advice and Support

• Provide effective, timely and expert advice and support on OHS / WHS and environmental management to operational managers.
• Create opportunities to coach others, particularly leaders, on OHS / WHS processes and effective leadership behaviours that positively shape culture.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate training to build OHS / WHS technical and leadership capability.
