Job Description

We are expanding our senior clinical team and welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who would thrive on providing clinical support to our clinicians. The successful applicant can be based at any of our 4 clinic locations - Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn or Aspley. They will be required to spend at least 2-3 days / week in clinic, depending on whether they are in a full-time or part-time position, along with travelling between our 4 clinic locations to provide in-person support to our team members. Work from home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
• Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
• Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
