VR GP – Ochre Health Medical Centre – Grafton

We have an excellent opportunity for a FRACGP / FACRRM General Practitioner to join an experienced team of GPs in Grafton, NSW. We currently have space for a General Practitioner who interested in working at a busy practice and has strong interest in Chronic Disease Management.

Ochre Medical Centre Grafton is a large and spacious medical centre, which is nestled right in front of the beautiful Clarence River. This practice has onsite Pathology, onsite Pharmacy, Allied Health & Visiting Specialists and enormous treatment room for minor procedures. In addition, our nursing team is available to support immunizations, vaccinations, BP monitoring, women health, health assessments & chronic disease management.

With the current GPs’ patient books full, we have a vital need for a GP to join the practice and support the community of Grafton.

General Practice Information :

• Opportunity available to supervise registrars and Non-VR GPs
• High billing practice ($445p / hr) due to high patient demand in the region
• Introductory % of billings – 75% for the first 3 month
• After the first 3 months, 65% of billings – GPs bill at their own discretion
• $25k incentive payment paid on commencement
• DPA and MM3 location in NSW
• Practice hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
• 1 dedicated nurse for every 2 doctor at the practice

• On and off-site operational and clinical management support
• Practice is supported by visiting Specialists & Allied Health, and Registered Nurses to assist with CDM, immunizations and women’s health
• We track better patient health outcomes and better patient satisfaction scores
• Patient demographic is varied with around 10% identifying as first nation people
• Relocation assistance available if needed
