Our Venues and Catering team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences. From day-to-day operations, organising conferences and workshops to hosting special events and celebrations, we are committed to ensuring that every event is executed seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression.

Primary Objectives

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of venues for events, including arranging furniture, setting up audio‑visual equipment, and decorating spaces.
• Support catering operations by serving food and beverages, managing food stations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle event logistics, such as greeting and directing guests, managing registration or check‑in processes, and addressing any issues that arise during events.
• Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism, representing UniSC in a positive and courteous manner.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and emergency protocols.
