Transmission & Distribution Lead

Job Description

As the Transmission & Distribution Lead , you will play a key role in expanding Egis’ footprint in the energy sector. With strong technical expertise in transmission and existing client relationships, you will drive business growth, leveraging our established distribution capabilities to secure major transmission projects.

In this role, you will :

Lead and grow the transmission & Distribution business, identifying and securing new opportunities.

Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Provide expert technical leadership on transmission & Distribution projects, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our capability and position in the energy sector.

Develop and implement strategies to transition from distribution-focused work into major transmission projects.

Represent Egis at industry events, fostering partnerships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in transmission and distribution within the energy sector.

Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.

Strong technical expertise, particularly in transmission projects.

Experience working on large-scale, complex energy infrastructure projects.

Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
