About the Role
As the Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network environments.
Key responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for service desk tickets, triaging issues and managing escalations.
Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other ICT equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint / OneDrive, Teams, InTune, and WSUS.
Assist with onboarding new starters and create user guides and documentation.
Collaborate with global IT teams and third-party providers to resolve complex issues.
Support office coordination tasks including inventory management and facilities assistance.
About You
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualification in IT or related field (highly desirable).
Relevant Microsoft certifications.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
Experience in ITIL environments and Microsoft Windows support.
Knowledge of Office 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS / DHCP, SCCM, and networking.
Exposure to VMware, CrowdStrike, and service desk tools like Manage Engine.
Familiarity with EUC fleet management and cyber security practices.
