About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant , you’ll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse , you will :

  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
  • Support residents’ emotional and social needs
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • A current National Police Check
  • A caring and respectful approach towards residents
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
