M365 Developer (SharePoint and Power Platform) - SA

We’re growing and looking for an M365 Developer (SharePoint and Power Platform) to join our team to deliver cutting‑edge solutions across SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing business‑critical applications, while guiding clients on best practices and modernisation.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years development experience in the M365 ecosystem
  • 3 years in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and SharePoint / Teams.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with Dataverse, custom connectors, and integration into enterprise data sources.
  • Experience utilising PowerShell and PnP PowerShell.
  • Good understanding of governance, compliance and security in Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with leading client engagement and ensuring customer expectations are set and managed as part of your day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Understanding of design concepts including architecture, information management, application lifecycle management (ALM) and security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to assess and provide advice on best fit‑for‑purpose solutions for individual requirements.

Desirable Criteria

  • Development skills including SPFx, PowerFx, JavaScript / TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, Graph API.
  • Demonstratable experience with the wider O365 and M365 suite.
  • Experience working with Nintex, Sharegate, AvePoint or InfoPath.
  • Understanding of SharePoint On‑Premises Service Applications and Farm Architecture.
  • Experience working with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 workflows.
  • Migration experience – SharePoint (2010 onwards) on‑premises and non‑SharePoint platforms to M365 / SharePoint Online.
