Your Role as a Store Manager :

As the Store Manager of their Chermside Boutique , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets.
• Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for jewellery and an understanding of the luxury market.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging in-store atmosphere.
