It’s our commitment to creating moments that move people that makes us memorable. ​ In the role of Sales & Promotions Coordinator, no one day is ever the same, you’ll be responsible for various functions across the business supporting the sales & promo team in all aspects relating to the client campaign implementation, administration, event planning.

You’ll also work with our promotions manager, managing prizing, ticketing, market activation, digital and social platforms.

About The Role :

  • Campaign implementation, ensuring digital, social and promotional elements are delivered as sold.
  • Responsible for scheduling and booking airtime including the creative process
  • Work closely with Sales and Promotions manager to ensure market sales collateral is up to date.
  • Organise station & team events.
  • Prizing and Ticketing administration.
  • Prepare proposals and post campaign reports.

About You :

  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and IT systems
  • Have and develop an advanced level of expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and Canva.
  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask.
  • Social media marketing and video editing skills an advantage.
