Partner / Consultant at Logical Executive Solutions

Leading Transport Solutions Provider - Western Suburbs
Permanent Full Time Position
Palletised and Bulk Freight

This is a hands‑on role responsible for the allocation and dispatch of fleet operations, driver supervision, and service performance across a range of specialised transport activities. You will ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, allocate and schedule deliveries and pickups in line with customer and legislative requirements

Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance (including Fatigue and Chain of Responsibility)

Oversee daily operations including fleet utilisation, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle inspections

Liaise with workshop, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery

Monitor and report on operational KPIs, DIFOT performance, and cost efficiencies

Ensure all staff comply with PPE, load restraint, and safety policies

Support business development projects, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience

Strong background in road transport, logistics, or fleet operations

Proven supervisory experience managing drivers and vehicles across multi‑site operations

Sound understanding of NHVR, Fatigue Management, Chain of Responsibility, and speed legislation

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and transport management systems (Freightrack experience desirable).

Energetic, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
