• .This role will have six direct reports spread across Australia and New Zealand as you work with the sales team to drive growth with resellers, integrators and large direct Clients.Your expertise will also be used to help proactively manage key contract negotiations and act as a focal point for key Clients while driving high levels of performance in the sales team.To be successful you must be a driven, self-motivated sales leader with high levels of EQ and an ability to inspire a sales team while thinking strategically about how to grow the revenue in the region.Also, extensive sales experience in the Australian AV industry is required as is a proven track record as a high performing Sales Leader.The package on offer includes a
• split between base salary and commission with commission being calculated on the team sales.You will also receive a car allowance on top and must have a car and a current driver's license.The package including car allowance and Super will be around $250,000 p.a.
